Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic Tele Caller to join our outreach team. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them understand our programs, scheduling demos, and supporting their enrollment journey.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students across multiple verticals (EPT, Nursing, Studies, Language Test)

• Share program details, schedule demos, and follow up via WhatsApp and CRM

• Maintain accurate lead records and update daily activity reports

• Coordinate with counselors and support enrollment documentation

• Handle objections, resolve queries, and ensure a positive student experience

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or student outreach (education sector preferred)

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

• Familiarity with CRM tools and WhatsApp-based follow-ups

• Target-driven mindset with attention to detail and discipline
