Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-Caller based in Srinagar. The Tele-Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about various loan products, understanding client needs, and advising on appropriate loan solutions. The role involves managing customer inquiries, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and ensuring timely documentation. The Tele-Caller will play a key role in facilitating the borrowing process and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service and telephone etiquette
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely
• Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services
• Data entry and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role or within the financial services industry is a plus
• Proficiency in local languages and English
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
