We are looking for an experienced and confident Tele-Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our services, and converting leads into business opportunities. The candidate must communicate in a professional, polite, and persuasive manner while maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
• Present products/services clearly and answer customer queries.
• Build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Achieve set targets and contribute to lead conversion efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-up activities.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in tele-calling, lead generation, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and courteous phone etiquette.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Result-driven and target-oriented.
• Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping.
