Role Overview: As a Cold Calling & Lead Generation specialist at Vouchagram India Pvt Ltd (Brand Name GyFTR), your primary responsibility will involve making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company products/services. You will play a crucial role in identifying and reaching out to leads to generate interest and ultimately drive sales for the company. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company products/services - Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve queries, provide assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing and potential customers - Manage both domestic and international calls with professionalism and clarity - Maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads and nurture client relationships for long-term engagement - Address customer concerns, overcome objections, and close deals effectively Qualifications Required: - Graduation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and customer support - Ability to handle objections and close deals efficiently - Familiarity with upselling and cross-selling techniques is a plus Please note that GyFTR is a market leader in the industry, owning 70% of the market share and experiencing significant growth of more than 150% year on year over the last 3 years.,
