Job Description

Role Summary:
First point of contact for leads. Responsible for qualifying leads, fixing appointments, and supporting counsellors in conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls from leads generated via JustDial, Sulekha, CollegeDunia, digital campaigns.
  • Explain UMA offerings briefly and qualify student intent.
  • Schedule counseling sessions with Education Counsellors.
  • Follow up with warm leads until conversion.
  • Maintain lead funnel in CRM.

KPIs (Monthly):

  • Daily Calls: 100-125 per telecaller.
  • Appointment Fixing: 15–20 per week.
  • Lead Qualification Accuracy: ≥ 60%.
  • Support conversion target: 6–8 admissions/month through counsellors.

Revenue-Based Incentives:

  • Weekly incentive on each conversion.
  • Extra monthly incentive, if monthly conversion support ≥ 20 admissions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
