Job Description

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and leavers.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain HRIS records with 100% accuracy and confidentiality.

    HR Operations & Compliance

  • Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements in line with local labor laws.
  • Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, background checks, employee records.
  • Partner with Finance & Payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

    Employee Experience & Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to policies, leaves, and benefits.
  • Drive HR process automation and contribute ideas to enhance employee experience.
  • Support People & Culture initiatives such as engagement activities, rewards, and recognition.

    Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate HR dashboards and reports on headcount, attrition, and employee data trends.
  • Provide insights to HRBPs and leadership for decision-making.
