Role

MontyCloud is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Sourcer with 3 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent.At MontyCloud, we embrace diverse perspectives and value a range of experiences. Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create detailed, accurate job descriptions.
Leverage various sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct headhunting to identify and attract top talent.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical technical roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' technical expertise, experience, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely feedback and communication.
Negotiate offers and oversee the smooth onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Stay informed on the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and best practices in the IT and technical hiring space.

Qualification

3-5 years of experience in technical sourcing and hiring.
Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
