Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and conducting assessments across technical and non-technical roles
• Work closely with hiring managers and interview panels to understand role requirements and ensure effective hiring outcomes
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), professional networks, and social media platforms
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment dashboards using ATS and Excel trackers
• Prepare and share periodic recruitment reports and metrics with relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth offer and onboarding process
• Publish and promote current job openings through appropriate internal and external channels
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, institutes, and other partners to support ongoing hiring initiatives
  

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT hiring or technical hiring
• Prior experience in consultancy or agency recruitment will be an advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of sourcing tools and recruitment processes
• Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with any ATS platform
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven
