Define and drive a customer-obsessed product vision and roadmap that empowers MSPs to excel in Day-2 cloud operations through AI-led automation, addressing key challenges in governance, compliance, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. Lead the full product lifecycle — from ideation and discovery to launch and iteration — for Day-2 cloud operations features. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and AI/ML teams to build scalable solutions that automate and simplify MSP workflows in multi-cloud environments. Engage directly with MSPs to understand their operational challenges and translate them into high-impact product features.
