Role Overview: We are seeking a Technical Sourcer with 2–3 years of experience in sourcing and attracting top-tier technical talent. You will play a critical role in identifying and engaging potential candidates for roles across engineering, product, and other tech-focused teams. Key Responsibilities: Source and engage qualified candidates for technical roles through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, etc.) Understand role requirements and work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define target profiles Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates for current and future hiring needs Screen candidates for basic technical fit and interest Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process Stay up to date with the latest sourcing strategies, market trends, and tech industry updates Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruitment Strong understanding of technical roles and skills (e.g., software engineering, Platfor Engineering, Cloud, Product) Proficiency in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, and ATS platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with product-based or tech-first companies Exposure to modern sourcing tools and AI-based hiring platforms.
