Role: Technical Sourcer

Locations: Sector 63, Noida (fully onsite)

Shift : 6:30 pm -3:30 pm IST

Desired Experience : 6+ Months in Sourcing

Responsibilities:

• Identify and add qualified U.S.-based candidates to the recruiting pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, applying strategic search techniques to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Craft and send personalized outreach messages via InMail, manage candidate responses professionally, and maintain a positive and strategic engagement flow throughout the sourcing cycle.
• Collaborate with U.S. recruiters and the hiring manager to understand role requirements and align sourcing priorities, while occasionally supporting sourcing for non-technical roles as needed.
• Maintain accurate sourcing records and activity logs, track key sourcing metrics, and analyze outreach performance to continuously improve effectiveness.
• Measure and report on sourcing effectiveness (e.g., outreach-to-response ratios, candidate quality) and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-3 years of sourcing experience preferred, ideally with exposure to U.S. hiring markets.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, with InMail messages experience and candidate engagement strategies.
• Excellent written English skills and especially for outbound messaging and candidate follow-up.
