The role requires strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS) and proficiency in Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage IT candidates across the US.
• Build pipelines using LinkedIn RPS and other tools.
• Collaborate with recruiters/hiring managers on role requirements.
• Screen resumes and assess candidate fit.
• Maintain recruitment records and databases.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of US IT recruitment/sourcing experience.

Required Skills

• Strong LinkedIn RPS expertise.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Meet).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OPT hiring and visa-related recruitment.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and Boolean search techniques.
