Role Overview:

Technical Sourcer

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Proactively source technical candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and other tools
Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Conduct initial outreach and engage passive candidates through compelling messaging
Screen resumes and assess technical and cultural fit
Track and manage candidate data using ATS/CRM systems
Stay updated with market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence
Support employer branding initiatives and diversity sourcing strategies

What We're Looking For:

1–3 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruitment
Strong understanding of tech roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, etc.)
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, etc.)
Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
