Role Description

• Installation, commissioning, servicing of mechanical / electrical / automation equipment/systems and supervision of installation works and management of others including subcontractors.
• Ensuring that installations are completed to good Engineering practice, client specifications and in accordance with company designs and documentation
• To provide timely, accurate, appropriate and adequate information and documentation to customers, with a focus on minimising delays and providing cost effective solutions.
• To provide support the technical interface for the Automation Panel Contract for SCADA and Control Systems Integration Services.
• Ensuring that all site records and reports pertaining to the installation and commissioning are completed in line with company procedures and sent to the immediate superior or service office within specified timeframes.
• Collaborate effectively to ensure team goals are achieved by providing input into decision making and problem solving.
• Ensure a satisfactory level of technical capability and identify areas of technical development
• To provide input on the allocation of design and support resources deliverables to best satisfy the customer’s requirements.
• To seek and initiate value add initiatives for the Service team to satisfy customer’s needs.
• Work effectively within the Technical Service, with other Engineering, Principal Engineers and across multi-disciplinary design teams.
• To determine suitability of new and emerging technologies and recommend they are adopted by the Corporation where benefits are identified.
• Makes decisions that take into account value for customer.
• Takes early action and acts decisively to overcome problems arising.
• To Builds and maintains effective internal and external relationships.
• Exercises judgement and identifies opportunity to prevent risks.
• Openly communicates ways of improving safety.
• Requiring the consumer to buy the necessary chemicals and replacement parts from us.
