Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Technical Service Engineer role in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Jharsuguda, and Tamil Nadu. The Technical Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for material handling equipment, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and maintaining operational efficiency in line with safety and quality standards. The role involves frequent interaction with customers to ensure their satisfaction and the timely completion of maintenance and service tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Technical Services and experience in providing Technical Support
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues related to material handling equipment
• Excellent Analytical Skills to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions
• Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and team members
• Ability to work on-site
• Relevant certifications or diplomas in mechanical, electrical, or related technical fields are advantageous
• Experience in the material handling or supply chain industry is a plus
• Must have one's own 2-wheeler
