We are seeking a motivated fresher or early-career professional (0–1 year experience) to support our Logistics and Operations . This role combines basic administrative tasks with logistics coordination, offering excellent learning opportunities and exposure to both operations and supply chain functions. Key Responsibilities Logistics Support Assist in planning and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments. Support preparation of shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, etc.) under guidance. Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and courier partners for timely dispatch. Track shipments and share status updates with managers. Operations Support Assist in preparing quotations, proforma invoices, and purchase orders. Maintain records of sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices. Support coordination with suppliers, sales, and technical teams. Help in inventory record updates and tracking. Administration Support Maintain registers, files, and documentation (inward/outward, attendance, letterhead, etc.). Support travel bookings, office maintenance, and petty cash handling. Assist in scheduling meetings and ensuring smooth daily operations. Skills Required Strong organizational and multitasking ability. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good communication skills (written and verbal). Eagerness to learn logistics and operations processes. Attention to detail and record-keeping.
