Technical Project Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into actionable tasks and communicate them clearly to development teams.
• Track project progress, monitor updates, and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, user interface mockups, and integration specifications.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
• Assist development teams during the software development lifecycle with clarifications and guidance.
• Conduct system testing and validate that solutions meet business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to improve processes and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc IT/M.Sc CS).
• 3+ years of experience in system analysis, project coordination, or project management in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with data modeling, process documentation, and diagramming tools (UML, BPMN).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and software technologies.
• Certification in business analysis, project management (PMP, CAPM), or related areas.
• Experience in tracking project lifecycles, milestone reporting, and coordinating multiple teams.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
