Technical Project Analyst

The Technical Project Analyst is responsible for managing and coordinating technical projects for the organization. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also communicate project status updates to key stakeholders and provide recommendations to improve project performance. Your responsibilities will include developing delivery/engineering team objectives, developing a detailed sprint plan to track progress, monitoring project progress against project plans, ensuring resolution of dependencies, measuring project performance, reporting and escalating to management as needed, managing the relationship with teams, identifying potential risks and issues, creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, facilitating agile ceremonies, removing any impediments in the team, and acting as an agile coach for the team. You should have a good mix of both business and technical background to interact effectively with different teams. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field. You should have experience working on Start-up Products (B2B, B2C, SaaS Space), managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules. Additionally, you should have 3-6 years of experience in any technical stream of SDLC (Developer, QA, Product, etc.), experience in managing projects using project management software such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana, the ability to work independently, and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role. A Certified Scrum Master or Agile certification would be a plus.,
