Technical Project Analyst

As a Technical Project Analyst at Yubi, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating technical projects for the organization. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with technical teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and meeting quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating project updates to key stakeholders and providing recommendations to enhance project performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Developing delivery/engineering team objectives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical delivery with the TM, EM - Creating a detailed sprint plan to monitor project progress - Monitoring project progress against plans and making necessary adjustments - Ensuring resolution of dependencies and tracking them to closure - Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in sprint scope and schedule - Measuring project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques - Reporting and escalating to management as required - Managing relationships with teams - Identifying potential risks and issues that may affect project delivery and implementing mitigation plans - Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation - Facilitating agile ceremonies and addressing team impediments - Acting as an agile coach for the team - Possessing a good mix of business and technical background to effectively interact with different teams - Certification as a Scrum Master or Agile would be advantageous **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field - Experience working on Start-up Products (B2B, B2C, SaaS Space) - Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, establishing sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules - 2-4 years of experience in roles such as Developer, QA, Product, or any technical stream of SDLC - Experience in managing projects using project management software like JIRA, Trello, or Asana - Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Join Yubi's dynamic team of 650+ individuals who are revolutionizing the global debt market through technology.
