Technical Service Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing technical support for barcode printers, scanners, and handheld devices. Your main tasks will include assisting customers with device installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting. You will handle service calls through various channels such as phone, email, remote tools, and on-site visits. It will be your duty to accurately record all service activities in the service entry web application. Additionally, you will provide basic tagging and labeling support during customer asset tracking projects, conduct product demos, and deliver basic end-user training sessions. You will also play a key role in coordinating warranty, service repair, and product replacement requests with vendors. Travel within Kerala for on-site service support may be required.
