Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Service Engineer to join our team at Chevron. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical services and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for customer needs.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers on product usage and best practices.

Job Requirements
