Job Description

Execute installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks for plastic auxiliary machinery at client sites
Perform regular diagnostic checks to ensure equipment efficiency and minimize downtime
Analyze and resolve technical issues with precision, providing timely support to clients
Deliver high-quality service to improve client satisfaction and equipment performance
Maintain comprehensive records of service operations and generate detailed reports as required
Collaborate effectively with the technical team to optimize service delivery and address client needs

Qualifications:

Education:
ITI, Diploma & B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role, with specific experience in plastic auxiliary machinery and molding machines preferred
Industry Preference:
Candidates with experience in companies like Shini, Bry-Air, Prasad Group, Wittmann, or TNT will be given priority

Required Skills:

Proficient in electrical systems and machinery maintenance
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities for molding and auxiliary machines
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide effective client support
Independent work ethic coupled with strong teamwork abilities
