We are currently looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Sales & Service Engineer to support our customers and represent our commitment to service excellence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the front lines—solving real-world problems, working with industrial machinery, and interacting with customers. What You’ll Be Doing: Installing, commissioning, and maintaining plastic auxiliary equipment at client sites. Troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance of molding and auxiliary machinery. Building trust with clients by providing timely, reliable, and effective technical support. Offering guidance on equipment upgrades or additional solutions based on client needs. Maintaining accurate service records and sharing feedback with our internal teams. Collaborating closely with both sales and technical departments to deliver a seamless customer experience. We’re Looking For: Education: ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering. Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience with plastic auxiliary equipment or molding machinery. Industry Background: Prior experience with companies like Shini, Bry-Air, Prasad Group, Wittmann, or TNT is a strong plus. Skills That Matter to Us: Sound understanding of industrial electrical and mechanical systems. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Clear communication and a customer-first attitude.
