senior Technical Sales Manager (TSM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop

    complex, integrated solutions

    across Kyndryl offerings including:
  • Infrastructure Services
  • Public & Private Cloud
  • Applications & Platforms
  • Data & AI
  • Project & Consulting Services
  • Own the

    end-to-end solution lifecycle

    including:
  • Customer requirements understanding
  • Solution design & customization
  • Costing, profitability, risk assessment, and deliverability
  • Translate customer business requirements into

    customized, value-driven solutions

    and secure customer acceptance
  • Build and manage

    technology-led relationships

    with CXOs, Infrastructure heads, and Line of Business leaders
  • Support senior sales leaders in

    new logo acquisition

    and large deal pursuits
  • Size and estimate effort, commercials, and margins for complex opportunities
  • Ensure all

    internal approvals

    (pricing, legal, delivery, governance) are obtained prior to contract signing
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as

    Sales, Legal, Pricing, CIC, Global Delivery, and Consulting

  • Handle

    3–4 strategic engagements simultaneously

    , spending

    50–70% time in face-to-face customer interactions


Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.E / B.Tech / MCA / MBA from a

    premier institute

  • 20+ years

    of experience in

    enterprise IT sales / solutioning / pre-sales

  • Proven experience in

    techno-commercial roles

    with large, complex deal exposure
  • Strong

    CXO-level relationships

    and Indian market connects
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and

    create large, strategic deals


Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of:
  • Infrastructure & Managed Services
  • Public, Private & Hybrid Cloud
  • Applications & Platforms
  • Automation, Data & AI
  • Experience working within a

    global delivery and ecosystem-driven model

  • Strong articulation and storytelling skills to clearly communicate

    solution differentiation and value

  • Track record of closing or supporting

    USD 10 Mn+ TCV deals
