1. Presales & Technical Solutioning
• Develop customized PAVA, Audio, ELV, ICT, and integrated solutions based on client requirements.
• Prepare detailed BOQs, technical specifications, system schematics, and solution proposals.
• Support the sales team with technical inputs, feasibility analysis, and solution validation.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and system simulations.
2. Business Development & Strategic Growth
• Identify new business opportunities and key accounts across government, corporate, railways, airports, and institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, EPCs, system integrators, and end users.
• Develop strategies, pitches, and client-specific proposals with the sales and marketing teams.
• Track competitor offerings, pricing, and emerging technologies.
3. Client Engagement & Consultation
• Understand client needs and design optimized solutions aligned with performance and budget expectations.
•Provide technical and commercial guidance throughout the sales cycle.
• Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, consultants, and clients.
4. Coordination & Internal Collaboration
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure accuracy of proposals.
• Participate in project handovers and support until project sign-off.
• Contribute to RFP analysis, tender submissions, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in Presales, Business Development, or Product Specialist roles in PAVA,ELV, IBMS, or ICT.
• Hands-on experience in IBMS, Audio Systems, Public Address, or Integrated Solutions preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Base Location: Delhi NCR.
