ob Summary The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of crane solutions by combining strong technical knowledge with effective sales strategies. The role involves understanding customer requirements, proposing suitable crane systems, coordinating with engineering teams, and closing high-value industrial deals. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for crane products and solutions Understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable crane configurations Prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimations, and presentations Coordinate with design, production, and project teams for feasibility and execution Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts Track market trends, competitors, and industry developments Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth Technical Requirements Strong understanding of cranes (EOT, gantry, jib, overhead cranes, etc.) Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field * Min.3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in cranes or heavy engineering Skills & Competencies Strong technical and commercial acumen Excellent communication and negotiation skills Client-focused and result-oriented mindset Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
