Role Overview

As the Urology Division Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of the Urology product portfolio in East India. You will lead the sales operation, build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, and drive sales growth and market penetration across both government and private healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute the business strategy for Urology Division in East India.

Identify market opportunities, product positioning, and expansion areas.

Analyze competitor activity and devise counter-strategies.

2. Sales & Business Development

Drive sales targets and manage P&L for the division across the region.

Build and manage a high-performing sales and application team.

Identify and develop new accounts – hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centers.

3. Clinical Support & Product Management

Provide clinical training and support for urology-related products.

Work closely with the marketing and R&D teams for product feedback and improvement.

Organize CME programs, workshops, and product demos with KOLs and surgeons.

4. Stakeholder Management

Build long-term relationships with urologists, surgeons, hospital administrators, procurement heads.

Coordinate with government agencies for tender and institutional business.

Manage distributor/channel partner performance and compliance.

5. Operational Excellence

Monitor regional inventory, logistics, and service support.

Ensure post-sales support, complaint handling, and technical servicing through service team coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field .

3–4 years of experience in the medical devices/pharma sector.

Willingness to travel extensively within East India (60–70% travel).
