Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales& Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a specific focus on refrigeration and related products (HVAC tools). He will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base and exploring new business opportunities within the industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales of products in the HVAC industry. Key Responsibilities: # Identify and target potential clients in the refrigeration and related products industry. # Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers and stakeholders. # Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet their requirements. # Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for growth. # Business growth through Dealers/ OEM # Sharing product updates time to time to the clients. # Proactively seek out and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations. # Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospects. # Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction # collection of payments within times as per sales deal # Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team. # Willingness to travel for client meetings, attending trade shows and industry events. # Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. # Strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and customer needs. # Excellent communication and inter personal skills, with the ability to build report and establish long-term relationships. # Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as collaborate effectively within a team
