Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales& Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales of products in the HVAC industry. Key Responsibilities: # Identify and target potential clients in the refrigeration and related products industry. # Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers and stakeholders. # Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet their requirements. # Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for growth. # Business growth through Dealers/ OEM # Sharing product updates time to time to the clients. # Proactively seek out and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations. # Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospects. # Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction # collection of payments within times as per sales deal # Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team. # Willingness to travel for client meetings, attending trade shows and industry events. # Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. # Strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and customer needs. # Excellent communication and inter personal skills, with the ability to build report and establish long-term relationships. # Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as collaborate effectively within a team
