Understanding Job Requirements Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the job description, technical skills required, team dynamics, and project goals. Translate technical job requirements into sourcing criteria. 2. Sourcing Candidates Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards (e.g., Naukri, Monster), and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to identify candidates. Attend tech meetups, job fairs, and use employee referrals. 3. Screening and Shortlisting Review resumes and portfolios to evaluate technical and soft skills. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit. Administer or arrange technical assessments/tests when required. 4. Interview Coordination Schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers. Prepare candidates for interviews, offering insights on company culture and role expectations. Collect and relay interview feedback to both candidates and internal teams. 5. Negotiation and Offer Management Discuss salary expectations, notice periods, and benefits with candidates. Coordinate offer roll-out and manage negotiations to close hires. Ensure smooth onboarding in collaboration with the HR and IT departments. 6. Database and Pipeline Management Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future job openings. Update and manage candidate information in the recruitment database or ATS. 7. Employer Branding Promote the company as a great place to work, particularly within the tech community. Create engaging job ads and social media content highlighting the companys tech environment.
