1. Handling end to end recruitment process, focused on Sourcing. 2. Should be able to develop & update Job descriptions & Job specifications with minimal Information 3. Conducting preliminary interviews and screening best-fit candidates for open positions. 4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with the Hiring managers. 5. Should have exposure to the latest industry trends & Social Media Platforms & other hiring source tools for hiring needs. 6. Should be aware of CTC Survey analysis. 7. Should be able to manage & achieve TAT for each Recruitment activity. 8. Act as a single point of contact for internal & external stakeholders to build influential relationships. 9. Provide Analytical & well documented reports.
