About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Recruiter who loves tech, understands engineers, and enjoys building teams that actually ship things. If you come from a tech background (or think like one) and want to move fast, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

Own end-to-end hiring for tech roles (engineering, data, cloud, SAP, and niche skills)
Partner closely with founders, leaders, and tech teams to understand real hiring needs
Proactively source and engage strong tech talent (not just wait for resumes)
Screen candidates with a solid understanding of tech stacks and roles
Drive a smooth, high-quality candidate experience from first call to offer
Keep hiring data clean and insights sharp using ATS and dashboards

What we’re looking for

2–3 years of experience in technical hiring
Tech background preferred (Engineering / IT / Computer Science or similar exposure)
Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and hiring challenges
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, outcome-driven environment
Clear communicator with a proactive, ownership mindset
