Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT staffing.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or technical recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and corporate recruitment strategies.
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and clients.
