Role & responsibilities

Manpower requisitions from against replacement and New Position.

Coordinate campus recruitment drives for ITI, GET, and DET students to ensure bulk-hiring needs as per company regulations.

Implement end-to-end recruitment: job advertising, headhunting, sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, and ex-employees.

Creating and managing job postings, candidate profiles, and interview scheduling through platforms like Naukri, Monster, and LinkedIn, ensuring a streamlined recruitment process.

Screen and shortlist CVs, arrange interviews with HODs, and maintain smooth candidate communication & follow-ups.

Negotiating salary with candidates & Preparing Salary Structure and get approval from higher authority before joining

Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, experience/relieving letters, and ensure proper employee documentation.

Manage onboarding formalities such as document verification, and induction support.

Maintain daily recruitment MIS, track attendance, employee information, and HR records to be audit ready.

Assist in employee engagement programs to ensure new joiners are aware of company policies, code of conduct, and organizational structure.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate 2-5years of experience in Talent Acquisition End to End Recruitment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Hindi.
• Highly organised, calm under pressure, and able to multitask
