Job Description

As a Technical Recruiter on Contract in Chennai with 4-7 years of experience, your role will involve the following: - Utilizing various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks to identify and engage with qualified IT candidates. - Conducting initial screenings and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates" technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit within the organization. - Working closely with clients to comprehend their IT staffing requirements and successfully closing positions. - Providing a positive and professional experience to candidates throughout the recruitment process by maintaining regular communication and offering feedback. - Building and nurturing a network of potential IT candidates for upcoming job opportunities. - Maintaining accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
