Required Qualifications: - Masters degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in qualitative research. - Proven track record of conducting focus groups and in-depth interviews. - Strong understanding of qualitative analysis tools and software. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience presenting research findings to diverse audiences. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Creative problem-solving skills with a critical thinking mindset. - Familiarity with quantitative research methodologies is a plus. - Experience working in a collaborative team environment. - Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced setting. - Strong ethical standards and a commitment to participant confidentiality. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and research software. - Master's or PhD preferred for advanced positions.
