As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in building our team by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and skills, especially in software development, IT, and engineering.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
