Responsibilities Design and develop comprehensive training programs in Python for various skill levels. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and online. Assess and evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback. Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Python programming and incorporate them into training. Collaborate with other trainers and teams to enhance the training curriculum. Skills and Qualifications 3-8 years of experience in Python programming and development. Strong understanding of Python libraries and frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, Pandas). Experience in teaching or training in technical subjects, preferably in programming. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner. Familiarity with various learning management systems and online teaching tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
