Learning and Development Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead our training initiatives and enhance employee capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing effective learning programs that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for development.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training with organizational goals.
• Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure content is up-to-date and accessible.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and onboarding programs for new employees.
• Monitor and report on training metrics and outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in learning and development or related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Proficient in designing and delivering training programs both in-person and online.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
