We’re Hiring | Product Trainer – Diamond (Jewelry)

Location: Mumbai | Grade: Senior Manager – Learning & Development

Malabar Group is looking for an experienced Product Trainer – Diamond (Jewelry) with 11–14 years of expertise to lead high-impact Learning & Development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

•Drive the L&D vision in partnership with the Head – L&D

•Design and deliver scalable learning programs across the organisation

•Lead luxury sales, service excellence, and high-value transaction training

•Manage technical & gemological training with IGI, GIA, PGI

•Oversee end-to-end rollout of training calendars and learning interventions

•Partner with retail, HR, marketing & merchandising teams to identify capability needs

•Ensure all programs uphold the Malabar luxury brand ethos
