Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC is looking for a proactive and organized Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment operations across India. We’re seeking someone who enjoys sourcing, coordinating, and working closely with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a Technical Recruiter (Client Facing), you will be meeting IT managers who are managing SOW IT projects. Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely hiring for various positions across the organization. Travel involved across the country for client meeting.

Responsibilities

• Technical understanding for IT roles
• Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms
• Post and manage job openings across hiring platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate trackers, dashboards, and recruitment databases
• Support onboarding, documentation, and HR coordination tasks
• Ensure timely updates and smooth communication with candidates and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Recruiter recruiter, client engagement for SOW project & other IT op
• BTech in Computer Science
• Strong expertise in understanding cloud infrastructure, application & product development, tools and technologies

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and end-to-end recruitment workflows
• Strong coordination, multitasking, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel (trackers/reporting)
