Role Overview: As a Technical Recruiter at Impact Infotech Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve handling the entire recruitment cycle based in Thane. You will be responsible for sourcing and shortlisting candidates for technical roles, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing recruitment strategies and maintaining effective communication throughout the hiring process.
