🔍 Role & Responsibilities

👉Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles

👉Source, screen, and engage top IT talent

👉Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams

👉Build and maintain strong candidate relationships

👉Utilize ATS platforms such as JobDiva and Ceipal

✅ What We are Looking For

✨2–3 years of experience in technical recruiting within US staffing

✨Strong understanding of IT domains and technologies

✨Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

✨Ability to work effectively in PST time zone
