Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter with 3 to 8 years of experience in marketing IT consultants on various work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, etc.). The ideal candidate should have a strong network with implementation partners, direct clients, and Tier 1 vendors. You will be responsible for identifying and placing candidates from our bench across various technologies into suitable positions with speed and efficiency. --- Key Responsibilities: Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, etc.) to clients and vendors on a daily basis. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and direct clients to generate consistent opportunities. Negotiate rates and close deals in a timely manner. Submit consultants to job requirements, coordinate interviews, and follow up. Prepare and update daily/weekly reports on submissions, interviews, and placements. Understand IT technologies and current market trends to place consultants effectively. Work closely with internal teams to track the availability and skillsets of consultants. Ensure proper documentation and follow compliance procedures. --- Requirements: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in bench sales or technical recruiting (US staffing). Strong knowledge of various visa classifications (H1B, H4-EAD, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.). Hands-on experience with job boards (Dice, Monster, TechFetch, LinkedIn, etc.). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Must be comfortable working during US time zones. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. --- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Prime vendors or Implementation partners. Familiarity with various IT technologies and current market demand. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving placement targets.
