Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for technical roles. Daily tasks include working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, developing job descriptions, posting job ads on various platforms, conducting interviews, and managing candidate pipelines. Additionally, the Technical Recruiter will be responsible for coordinating with external recruitment agencies and participating in recruitment drives and job fairs.

Qualifications

• Sourcing, screening, and selecting technical candidates
• Experience in developing job descriptions and posting job ads
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and managing candidate pipelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
