Job Title: PeopleSoft FSCM Technical Product Manager Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India (Hybrid) (3 days onsite and 2 days remote) Duration: Full Time Timings: UK ( 12.30 p.m. - 9.30 p.m. IST) Note: Need to come from BFSI/Enterprise/B2B Background Must Need to have end - to - end product implementation Exp. (Start to finish) Must Need to come from Software Development Background Must Extensive experience into PeopleSoft FSCM/API Integration, System Integration, Sql Coding, Sql Server database MUST Description: A Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree with 6+ years’ work experience in Product Management or Business Analysis Good technical understanding of Product Development Lifecycle along with API integrations, SQL etc. Good understanding of technology system interfaces and data integration, networks, Client/Server and operating systems Knowledge of Business Process Modelling using decision tables/trees and data flows, etc. Strong customer service skills with excellent relationship management skills with the ability to interact positively and successfully across all levels of associates and managers to meet business needs Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Willingness to develop industry-related knowledge Analytical, organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be a self-starter, flexible and motivated Great to have experience in BFSI Industry across Annuity, mutual funds, financial services, or life insurance Show more Show less
