About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT professionals to support our global business needs. This role requires a strong technical understanding and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT roles — from requirement gathering to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and social media.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
  • Negotiate salary offers and ensure smooth offer-to-joining transitions.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future IT requirements.
  • Stay updated with latest trends in technology hiring and market insights.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminologies.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines efficiently.
  • Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Naukri RMS) preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of IT recruitment experience (corporate or agency).
  • Prior experience recruiting for MNCs or global technology clients is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of current market trends in IT hiring.
