Source candidates via LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other job portals. Hire for System Integrators, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients. Screen, shortlist, and submit qualified candidates to the delivery manager/client. Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring smooth onboarding. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and closure activities. Maintain accurate candidate data and activity logs. Requirements : 4–8 years of experience in US IT recruitment . Proven experience with W2 hiring and end-to-end recruitment . Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
