Technical Recruiter

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house).

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

For Technical Recruiters:

Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and programming languages.

Experience sourcing and recruiting for IT, software, and engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Screening and Interviewing:

Conduct initial phone/video screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and role-specific needs.
Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics, pipelines, and hiring progress.

Offer Management:

Negotiate offers with candidates while aligning with company budgets and policies.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Recruitment Strategy:

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices.
