Job Description

About the Role

This role will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process for internal and external roles across Novotech.

Responsibilities

Partner with Line Managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
Day to day drive the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
Grow and foster relationships with active and passive talent.
Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release announcements.
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
Attend meetings with hiring managers and provide updates on recruitment progress.
Assist in the negotiating of offers with successful candidates.

Experience and Qualifications

Applicants will ideally be educated to degree level.
A minimum of two years experience in-house recruitment in a corporate environment.
High degree of familiarity and competence with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Personal integrity and respect for confidential information.
Self-organized and methodical with a sense of urgency.
An excellent relationship builder with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
Strong Communication skills both written and verbal.
